South Africa's Garden Route: Port Elizabeth to Cape To

Cape Recife, Port Elizabeth.
There is a light house in the far right

Donkin Square, PE
This is the tallest flagpole in the world and the flag is the size of a tennis court.
The Pyramid on the right is a memorial to the late wife of Sir Rufane Donkin.
Her name was Elizabeth, thus the Port was names after her!
He wrote on the Memorial that there never has been a more perfect Human to ever live!
He must have really loved her!
This is another view of the Memorial to Elizabeth with the Light House

We stayed here while in PE.
Below was the beginning of the many amazing Breakfasts
we ate each morning.
In the background is the bay of PE

We attended church in PE.
These sweet Sisters all wanted to take a picture with me.

Dad's 1st steps in the Indian Ocean.
Considered warmer than other Oceans!

Some of the Animals we saw on our
"Claw & Tooth" Tour @ Schotia

Rhino's with their horns cut off!
Their horns are in great demand and they are endangered because of it!

Crocodiles sleeping and a Hippo with his eyes barely above the water!

The King of the Jungle!
After the tour we were served a delicious dinner on the Preserve!
Super fun experience!
