Our 1st night in Istanbul, Turkey. Eating dinner on the Water Edge of the Bosporus Strait.
Absolutely a magical place to start our adventure!
We topped our dinner off with Hot Chocolate!
It was so thick, it was like drinking Nutello!
So after that, we had Hot Chocolate every chance we could!
Started our touring by seeing the Obelisque.

There is a live cat seated on the left.
Everyone was petting it and taking pictures of it.
Entering the Topkapi Palace of the Turkish Sultans.
The Sultans Palace is in a very strategic place over looking the water ways.
One of my favorite places inside the Palace. The Tulips were blooming everywhere
Holland actually stole the tulip bulbs from Turkey!
Flowers everywhere!

Above: is the Library in Ephesus, Turkey
Below: the Theatre where Paul preached.
Paul told the Silversmiths to stop making and selling
the Idols to Diana. Paul was also attacked by Lions
in this theatre. He wasn't real popular here!

There is a theatre in the side of the hill.
A Greek Island we walked around on.
I loved this climbing Geranium.
All the houses are painted white with colored doors
This is a cool ruin where they found evidence of a sacrificed Ibex!
A volcano was about to ruin their city and they were trying to appease
the Gods with an animal sacrifice!
This was my favorite Greek Island; Santorini!
It is situated on top of the mountains that are the remains of the caldron
of a volcano. The houses are all white and look like snow from our ship.
We rode a ski lift to reach the top of this city too.
The remains of an ancient city on the Island of Crete, Greece
Part of our ship. Our windows are to the left of the life boat,
the two just as the stair railing is coming down.
We were very pampered on the cruise!
The Lions Gate at the entrance of another ancient ruin.
This is were Agamemnon lived in the Helen of Troy story!

you cold hear a pin drop on the stage from the top of the stands!!
Our Cabin Room! Pretty deluxe! We enjoyed hanging out and watching movies!
The movies we watched were filmed in the locations we were touring!
I especially liked the Helen of Troy movie! Plus James Bond 007: From Russia with Love,
Jason & the Argonauts, Bourne Identity. etc!

the lay of the land! Magnificent!!
River Trip on the Seine. I am listening to the guide tell us what we were looking at!
We are just going under one of many bridges. This particular bridge was a gift from the Russians.
It was very ornate and beautiful. The weather was so warm, people were out sitting along the banks
of the river enjoying the evening! I loved Paris! I could live here!
Inside the Louvre with the famous Mona Lisa
