Celebrating Susan's Birthday with Unlimited French Toast @ Kneaders!
Then a fun walk through Gardner Mill.  Lots of people in costumes roaming about!

  The cutest pumpkin ever!
Maddie is ready for her first "Trick or Treat"
Brooklyn loved playing in the leaves too!
What a fun trip to Utah!

Snippets of our Summer 2012

My wonderful brother Howard and wife Pat have moved to Panguitch in our Foy family home.
Here Will is getting him to relax and fish instead of working all the time!
They have big plans for the home and yard.
So happy they are back home!

Elder Mike is having great success in Fortaleza, Brazil
He has been out 4 months including a month in the CTM and had 6 baptisms.
They get to baptize in the Ocean so that is pretty exciting!
He loves the people and thinks the area is a paradise!
Will has been riding his motorcycle down through the beautiful area of Sante Fe, New Mexico
Oh Somebody's had a birthday, Our little Matty dear!
May Father In Heaven Bless Him, through out the coming year!
He is not so little but what a great Young Man Matt is!
He scored a Geo. Forman Grill and an origional Water Color of the Las Vegas Temple.
A sister in our Ward painted the picture and signed it!  Pretty cool!
Matt is serving as the Elders Quorum Pres. in his Singles Ward which keeps him pretty busy!
So busy we hardly see him, plus working full time @ a law firm and starting at UNLV soon keeps him on the go!

Our Lewis & Clark Expedition

June 2012
(I went where Will towed me to!)

Will has always dreamed of following the Lewis & Clark route along the Missouri River.
It was beautiful and we had cool weather for most of the trip!
We first visited Amy, Steve, & Girls.  They are all getting cuter each time we see them so it was hard to leave them.  Maddie is the cutest baby!
We went through Kamas, Utah through the Uinta's into Wyoming.
Here we are playing golf @ the Rendezvous Meadows in Pinedale, Wyoming with the Wind River Mt. Range of the Rocky Mt. behind us.  A little chilly but beautiful.  There was a big rock on the golf course where someone was buried.  The heading said here lies so and so.  His motto was "Play It Where It Lies"  pretty clever.
Here is the Jackson Lake below the Teton Mts. This is the head water of the Snake River.

Here is the Rushing of Great Waters of the Yellowstone River!
I love the Water Falls here.
We got to see a rare sight of a Mama Bear & her 2 Cubs running along the road.
The Park Ranger was telling everyone to "Get In Your Cars!"
One of our favorite statutes of Sacagewea and her baby Pompey.
We are in Livingston, Montana
This is Little Big Horn the place where Custer had his last stand.
Custer led 250 soldiers of the 7th Calvary against 5,000 Indians.
Not so good odds!
Dear Friends Pam & Vern Robison on their mission on a ranch (in the middle of nowhere) in Montana.
Will and I stayed in this cabin!  Pretty delux! So good to see them!
Will shot at the Quigley Rifle Match in Forsyth, MT.
There were 635 shooters from all over the US.  There were 6 targets and you could shoot 8 times at each target.  Out of 48 shots, Will hit 29 and came in 45th place.
He was pretty excited to be in the top half of the top 100 shooter!

Here we are at Mt. Rushmore.
We really enjoyed the history of the making of the Monument and the
Men on the Mountain.

These next two pictures are in Belle Fourche, South Dakota
They claim this is the Geographic Center of the Uniter States

This was one of my favorite places: Fort Abraham Lincoln, North Dakota
This is where Custer left from to go over to Little Big Horn.
This was his home and his wife was there with him.
He left and never returned!
This is right along the Missouri River.
Here is the Bismarck, North Dakota Temple
This is the Mandan Fort where Lewis & Clark spent their 1st winter with the Mandan Indians.
They started from St. Louis, MO
This is a bridge over the Missouri River in Fort Benton, MT.
There was a wedding going on and it was so fun to watch!
Loved it!
Lewis, Clark, & Sacagawea Monument in Fort Benton, MT
Replica of the Keel Boats used by L & C as they pulled them upstream.
"Giant Springs" flowing up and into the Missouri @ Great Falls, MT
So beautiful and clear!
The Ryan Dam on the Missouri is the largest of the 5 Falls in Great Falls, MT
L & C had to hike around the falls 17 miles to get back on the river again.
This is "The First Peoples Buffalo Jump"  The Indians would herd the Buffalo off these cliffs to their death.  Killing 5,000 at a time.  Will knows how they lured them off the edge, ask him sometime!
Will is up to his ankles of the head waters of the Missouri River.  He is officially in the Missouri River here.  The picture below shows the three rivers converging to form the Missouri.  The rivers are the Maddison, Jefferson, & Galleton.  The Missouri River is the 2nd largest river in the US and it flows into the Mississippi River.

 Rexburg, Idaho Temple
Full circle back with the Grandbabies!
Little Maddie dipping in the Splash Pad River.
Brooklyn & London love this place.  London loved to dance around on the rocks!  She is quite the little Ballerina!
Amy is the best little Mama!  She takes such good care of these precious little girls!
The end of a happy time.  Maddie has two little nippers on the bottom coming in!
What a little cutie pie!

Texas Trip April 27/May 6, 2012

Taylor and I made some bread dough.  She loved measuring all the ingredients and esp. licking the beaters
We all got to watch Logan play in 3 Baseball games.  It was a lot of fun to see him in action!
                                                               Logan got the game ball!
We went to the San Antonio Temple while we were down there.
One of the main reasons we went to San Antonio was to see the Alamo.
Will has always been interested in the history and the guns they used to fight with.
We enjoyed the River Walk in San Antonio.
We rode the little boats around the water ways
and ate a great TexMex meal!  Very pleasant!

An aggressive duck took a liking to Jeff and kept nibbling at his toes!
He is to the right of Jeff waiting for something to eat!
We waited for 3 hrs. here at the Congress St. Bridge in Austin for the Bats to come out.
The Bats hold up in there during the day and come out @ night for food and water
There were a ton of Bats flying around and a few flew close to our heads!
We enjoyed a BBQ Texan Dinner at the Famous "Salt Lick" about 20 miles outside Austin
Will and I drove in the Hill Country outside Austin and San Antonio each morning.
Dripping Springs was a small community started because some settlers found this Dripping Spring!
We stopped in Waco to tour the "Texas Ranger Museum"
Will especially enjoyed this museum because of all their guns and history!
Jeff and I actually enjoyed it too!
Jeff has a few friends that attended Baylor University in Waso.
Jeff took us on a tour of the Parker School of Chriopractics which he is attending in Dallas. Jeff has completed his second semester and was on break to travel with us.
Here is adorable Taylor.  I braided her hair with a super long "Tangled" Braid.
She loved dancing around with her long hair!
Taylor liked riding in the car with Grandpa & Grandma because she was the boss of her window!
She is showing off her tattoo she got from the Texas Ranger Game
Logan & Grandpa had a lot of bonding time throwing the ball back and forth!

Ann & Eric surprised us with Texas Ranger Tickets and fireworks show.
Everything in Texas is BIG!  The stadium was hugh and with a sold out crowd of over 47,500 people is was pretty overwhelming.  One of my favorite parts of the game was when the crowd sang        "Deep in the Heart of Texas"
