Rocky, Our Grand Ole Boy!

We will miss dear ole Rocky.

It was a say day today, Rocky was unable to walk and had pretty much stopped eating.

He has been our faithful watchdog. No break ins ever on his watch. He would even show off for Will and bark excitedly if he thought anyone was outside the wall.

Happy Days with Rocky. He was our protector for over 15 years. In human years, he lived to almost 100. He played with all our kids and was the beneficiary of many of Will's game.

Happy Valentines

Ann found this Valentine Pouch Pattern from Pottery Barn and sent it to me. I made Logan, Taylor, Brooklyn & London each a pouch for their Valentines. Sometimes the directions seemed like rocket science so I made up my own directions. They turned out so cute I hope my Grandchildren know I made them with love for them. I love Valentines!!!!

California Dreamin

We spent a fun weekend in Irvine/Laguna Beach watching Jeff play volleyball and relaxing with Susie & Steve. It rained most of the time but we spent time visiting, playing guitars, playing "Scrabble" and eating Susie's delightful cooking. It is always fun to be with the Dexter's.
